Gulab Jamun


During festive seasons everyone want sweet dish at home but instead of buying from shop we can do it at home within a short period of time. Why to buy from shop? Lets see how to prepare it.



Ingredients:
·       Milk powder
·       Maida
·       Baking powder
·       Elaichi
·       Sugar
·       Cooking oil
·       Milk

Rules to Prepare:
·       Take one cup milk powder add 2spn maida, half teaspoon baking powder prepare the dough by adding milk.
·       Rest it for some time.
·       Then make small balls.
·       Then take oil in a pan and heat it.
·       Add balls one by one and stir it occasionally.
·       Don’t heat the oil so much.
·       When the balls become golden remove them and into sugar syrup.

Rules to prepare sugar syrup:
·       Take one cup sugar add 3cup water and boil it until sugar syrup becomes little bit sticky but don’t make too sticky.
·    Add  elaichi for flavour. 
Keep the fried balls in sugar syrup for 2 hours, Gulab jamun is ready to serve.
