When we talk about non-veg first thing that come to mind that is chicken.
There is a variety of recipes for chicken, but one most liked recipe is Chicken Tikka Masala,
But peoples avoid to try this normally at home, due to it takes too much time to prepare, But here is a very quick but tasty recipe of chicken Tikka Masala with less oil & Masala.
Preparation Time:50 min
Ingredients:
- Chicken 250 gm
- Diced Capsicum
- Diced Onion
- Curd 4 spn
- Chicken masala
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Onion paste 2 tbs
- Garlic paste 1 tbs
- Ginger 1/2 tbs
- Red chili powder
- Tomato 1 pc
- Kaju 9 pc
- Oil
- Chopped galic 1 spn
- chopped green chili 1 spn
Preparation:
1-Take 250 gm chicken then add curd,onion paste garlic,ginger paste,turmeric,salt,chicken masala,red chili powder,diced onion, and capsicum marinate it for 30 min.
2- Make a paste of kaju,tomato keep it aside.

3-Then arrange the chicken,onion and capsicum in a stick.
4-Take 3 tbs oil in a pan fry the chicken in medium flame until it becomes golden.
Gravy:
1-After the tikka get cooked keep it aside and prepare the gravy.
2-Add 1 spn chopped garlic and green chili into the pan and saute for 30 second.
3-Add tomato and kaju paste,red chili powder,salt,turmeric and cook for 5 minute then add the tikka.
4-Cook them for 15 minute and Serve hot.
