How to make Eggless spongy Mango cupcake?

Ingredients:

1.       Mango 2 no.

2.       Dry fruits

3.       Baking soda 1tbs

4.       Curd 150g

5.       Powder sugar 200g

6.       Flour 250g

7.       Vegetable edible oil ¼ cup

 

Preparation time: 1hour

How to prepare eggless spongy mango cupcake using microwave?


Prepare mango paste:

·       Take two mangos.

·       Cut that into small pieces.

·       Make a paste out of it.

·       Take pan place it into a gas then add the paste.

·       Add four table spoon sugar.

·       Cook it for 20 to 30 minutes (Don’t forget to stir it otherwise it will stick into the bottom).

·       Add dry fruit then let it come to room temperature.

Cake batter preparation:

·       Take ¼ cup oil in a boul.

·       Add 150g powdered sugar.

·       100g curd.

·       Mix them until it becomes foamy.

·       Now take a strainer add 250g of flour, one tbs baking soda strain it properly so that no lumps left in the flour.

·       Mix them properly after adding mango paste that we prepared earlier.

Microwave setting:

·       Set the microwave for preheat at 160 degree for 10 minutes.

·       Place the batter into a cup shape paper glass or whatever you have after greasing with oil.

·       Set microwave at 160 degree for 30 minutes  and place the batter.
