Pineapple tastes sweet & tangy but having lots of health benefits in it like it improve ours digestive system. Bromelain an enzyme found in its juice used as medicine to help reduce inflammation, lessen hay fever symptoms, slow blood clotting, and even enhance the absorption of antibiotics.
Ingredients:
- Finely chopped pineapple
- Sugar
- Dry Mango
- Curry leaves
- Jeera
- Chili
- Dry fruits
- Grated coconut
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Grated ginger
Preparation:
- Take one medium sized pineapple (you can take raw or ripe both) chop them finely.
- Take two table spoon oil in a pan add chili,grated ginger,curry leaves saute for 30 second.
- Then add chopped pineapple saute for 10 minutes after adding salt,turmeric.
- Add coconut and water leave until pineapple becomes soft.
- For sourness you can add dry mango and for sweetness sugar.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add tadka and dry fruits.
- You can have this as side item with rice or roti.
- It can be taken as hot or cold both.
