How to make kadha powder at home to boost your immunity?

Kadha is a perfect immunity booster against many diseases. Mainly it is very helpful for cold & cough related diseases. In the present situation, the AAYUSH department of the Government of India also has been suggested this. Kadha has some anti-viral properties and the presence of basil makes it an effective healing drink that reduces mucus in the body. It is also known for increasing immunity and fights against infections. It also has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, which soothes the throat and prevents coughing.

 Ingredients:

  1. Dry tulsi 50g
  2. Cloves 50g
  3. Cinnamon 100g
  4. Balck pepper 25g
  5. Bay leafs 25g
  6. Turmeric 15g
  7. Black Cardamom 5 pc
  8. Ginger
  9. Resin 

Storage time- One month
Preparation Time of powder - 15 hours 
Per Person - 1/2 spoon

Way to make Kadha Powder-

  • Take all the above ingredients into mixi prepare a rough powder except ginger.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • If you have fresh tulsi then you can use that at the time of preparation of kadha.
  • For longer storage and if you do not have tulsi then sundry some tulsi to store for a longer period.
You can have kadha half-cup two times a day.
