Kosala saga/ Any Kind of Sag/green leaf available /साग
Moong dal 1 small cup / मूँग दाल
Grated Coconut 3 tbsp / नारियल
Badi/उड़द दाल कि बड़ी
Oil 2 spn
Turmeric Powder/हल्दी
Salt / नमक
Jeera 1 spn / जीरा
Dried Red Chilly/ सूखा मिर्च
Hing / हिंग
Oil 2 spn

Rules for Preparation
- Chop the Sag.
- Heat up a Pan, add moong dal into it and fry it for 2-3 min
- Add water into it, then haldi powder & salt, Cook it for 15-20 min upto dal soft
- Add the Saga into it then grated coconut and cook it for another 2-3 mintues.
- Add jeera and hing tadka.
- Serve it with rice as a side item.
